We want you to love your Wick Lume candles. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This window allows you time to experience our delightful aromas and see how they fit into your space. Just remember, once those 30 days are up, we can’t accept returns. It’s like that last bit of sunshine slipping away at the end of a warm day.

What’s Returnable
We accept returns on all unopened items. If you’ve tried a candle and it just didn’t resonate with you, we’re sorry to hear that, but those can’t be returned for health and safety reasons. What’s Final Sale
Certain items are considered final sale and can’t be returned. These include any products marked as such during the sale or clearance events. Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued, so you can keep track of your candle budget. Please note that it may take your bank a little longer to reflect the refund in your account, but we promise we’ll do our part promptly.
Damaged or Wrong Items

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item, so it’s always best to play it safe.
